Single Session

We design personalized workouts to meet your goals, featuring the reformer, stability chair, trapeze table, and ladder barrel. Visit 2-3 times a week for optimal results. Your body will thank you!

Duo Session

Bring a friend to enter into your Pilates eras together. Exercises will be performed on the reformer, trapeze table/tower, and stability chair. Enjoy group class energy without compromising on form and attention to detail.

Trio Session

Join a personalized Reformer Pilates trio class with two friends! Enjoy tailored instruction and small group attention to achieve your fitness goals while strengthening and toning in a supportive environment.
